Bravo is a seasoned renkin no senshi and Tokiko's superiour. His wish to appear cool and capable is the reason why he is often seen wearing the white cowboy hat and long white mantle that effectively obscures his face, as well as why he keeps his real name a secret and demands to be called Captain Bravo.
Behind that facade, Bravo is a friendly and caring person, who is often a bit silly. Needless to say, he gets along wonderfully with Kazuki, and quickly becomes a sort of father figure for the boy.
However, it is undeniable that Bravo is indeed awfully cool and very strong. His mantle actually has a function besides looking awesome, too: it is his busou renkin, which has extremely useful capacities.
(His real name will be revealed in the manga, but out of respect for Bravo, I will not mention it here.)
