Gouta is a young member of the Renkin Sendan. He has a crush on his senior, Tokiko, and immediately dislikes Kazuki.
On the one hand, Gouta is a capable warrior (if still a beginner), on the other hand, he is just a teenage boy in love and in a difficult situation.
His awkward interactions with Tokiko and the childish animosity towards Kazuki make him a rather fun characters, whose obvious vulnerability makes him just the more likeable.
