Ouka is a senior student and at Kazuki's school, and holds the position of student council's president, which means she enjoys a certain authority.
One day, she befriends Kazuki and the others. She is a very gentle and friendly girl, and easy to get along with, which also makes her very popular with all the students.
There is another side to Ouka, though. Her gentle manners might be little more than an act. All she really cares about is her twin brother Shuusui, whom she is very close to, and would to anything to "fulfil their wish".
Despite being involved with LXE, Ouka still seems to care a bit for Kazuki.
